In this phase, we will capture the event’s size, number of attendees, scope, schedule and more. You may have many of these questions answered, but not have a clear picture of what the theme or tone of the event should be. Plan.

After discovery and design have been captured, it is time for the diligent work of planning the details. From line-item budgeting to selecting menus, venue, entertainment, décor and more, we plan every aspect of the event.

Though our team of corporate event planners have the extensive knowledge and experience required to organize and execute the full spectrum of events, we will be checking in with you along the way to ensure that you are more than satisfied with each detail. You can expect to experience tastings, venue tours, samples of the decor and a review of all details so that you are sure the event captures the mission and vision of your business.
